We consistently provide spectacular outcomes while doing energizing and impactful stuff that few can do. That's a major part, and we are extremely proud of it. You'll join UXD early in the company's development, and you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with each of the executives to develop and define the organization's future.
As a team, we are passionate, fun, and have access to amazing talent. "Results" will take on a whole new meaning when you see your first massive project come to life. When you transform an entire city block or building with a jaw-dropping piece of artwork, you feel fired up and ready to take on the day.
Flexible working hours and opportunities for travel—if that’s your thing—are available at our company. We're not a nine-to-five business, so we do our best to flex with you. At times, UXD has weekends and evenings, but we work hard to balance what we take with what we give.
This is a director level contract role with profit-share that is paid on a project-by-project basis. Opportunities for full-time employment with employer benefits will become available at a 10-month review.
