Job Title: Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned marketing expert to join our team and support our franchise network. As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting franchise owners with the development, execution, and refinement of their local marketing strategies. This role demands a consultative approach, a passion for fostering success, and the ability to work collaboratively with our marketing and creative teams.

We are looking for a self-motivated marketer who can drive processes, take the lead, and engage with the entire team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and possess exceptional presentation and communication skills. A background of 2-4 years in the marketing industry is preferred, with proficiency in digital marketing platforms and Meta certification being a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Analyze local marketing performance and provide strategic recommendations to franchise owners to enhance ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Oversee marketing collateral inventory and manage orders.
- Conduct in-person training for new franchisees and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce creative materials.
- Manage projects using Teamwork project management system.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns.
- Create, schedule, and assess social media content.
- Utilize CRM system to optimize marketing automations.

Basic Requirements:

- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably with agency background.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in direct mail, print production, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Teamwork project management system.
- Background in agency or lawn care/green industry.
- Experience in B2C marketing.
